Framed paintings are shipped using DHL Express, Canada post, FedEx, Purolator, or depends on the courier shipment times Express.
US, CA: 1-3 business days
AU, NZ: 2-4 business days
EU: 1-3 business days
Pieces that are shipped with Frame:
Paintings shipped with frames are shipped out with Express Shipping with DHL. For any other questions, please get in touch with us at artexpocanada@gmail.com
Pieces that are shipped out without Frame:
Paintings shipped without framing are sent as a Rolled Canvas. For any other questions, please get in touch with us at artexpocanada@gmail.com
Shipping information:
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Yes. If you buy your painting with a frame, it will arrived framed to your doorstep. The paintings are stretched and framed by professionals, and then shipped via insured express shipping.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your painting, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a full refund. Otherwise, you can request a redo completely free of charge.
